Harry Vayo: News

"Goose Eye" wins dulcimer Tune Challenge - July 1, 2010

Harry's composition "Goose Eye" was one of six "Tune Challenge" winners announced in the summer 2010 issue of Dulcimer Players News. Editor (and dulcimer virtuoso) Dan Landrum wrote:

"This is a very sophisticated piece with wonderfully challenging rhythmic structure. I love it!"

Sakura in dulcimer sampler - April 9, 2008

Harry's version of "Sakura" was included in the sampler CD included in the Spring 2008 issue of "Dulcimer Players News". It's exciting to contribute to an anthology that also features such dulcimer greats as Karen Ashbrook, Dan Landrum, and Mark Wade.
